Capabilities

What we build
for live events.

Physical builds that run themselves. The audience does the rest.

01.
AR mirrors

Camera-based face and body tracking overlaid on a large display. Brand moments, seasonal campaigns, retail activations. The audience walks up, sees themselves transformed, and reaches for their phone. The audience becomes the creative.

02.
AI mirrors

Generative AI layer on top of the mirror: real-time AI face transforms, AI costume, AI environment, branded AI output to keep. Powered by Flora AI and Snap AI. The experience produces something unique to each person standing in front of it.

03.
Projection mapping

Architectural projection for events, retail, and product launches. Static surfaces become dynamic brand canvases. Walls, products, facades. The content is designed for the surface, not adapted to fit it.

04.
Interactive installations

Body-tracked, gesture-driven, or voice-activated brand experiences. Built for dwell time, not just a look. The interaction has to be obvious enough that someone figures it out in three seconds and wants to stay for ten minutes.

The difference

What makes a live
build actually work.

The builds that land at events are the ones nobody has to explain. The audience walks up, sees someone else doing it, wants to do it too. Simple mechanic, strong visual, zero friction. We design for the moment someone pulls out their phone to film it. That moment does not happen by accident.
Designed for the moment someone films it and shares it
Tested before the event, not at the event
Runs without on-site technical support after handover
Social AR companion lens lets the moment travel beyond the venue

House of the
Dragon.

A live AR mirror activation for the House of the Dragon season campaign. Real-time face and body tracking brought the world of Westeros into the physical event space. Audience members stepped in front of the mirror and saw themselves inside the show.

The installation ran for the duration of the event without on-site technical intervention. The build was tested in conditions matching the event environment before shipping. Zero failures on the day.

Investment

What a live
installation costs.

No mystery pricing. Scope is driven by build complexity and the number of event days. These are the real starting points.

Common questions

What people ask us
about live installations.

An AR mirror is a live augmented reality experience where a camera feeds into a large display, and AR effects are overlaid on the person standing in front of it in real time. The audience sees themselves transformed on screen: branded costumes, animated overlays, generative effects, seasonal themes. It works at brand events, retail activations, and experiential campaigns because it is immediate, visual, and social. People want to film it. RBKAVIN. Immersive Studio designs and builds AR mirrors that run all day at events without requiring a technician on-site to manage them.
An AR mirror uses camera-based face or body tracking to apply real-time augmented reality effects: costumes, props, branded overlays, animations. An AI mirror adds a generative AI layer on top: the mirror can transform what it sees into a different visual style, generate a unique image of the person, apply AI-driven face and environment transforms, or produce a branded AI output for the user to keep. AI mirrors powered by Flora AI and Snap AI add a creative output that people take away from the experience, which extends the reach beyond the event itself.
A standalone AR mirror or focused live installation takes 3 to 5 weeks from confirmed brief to event-ready hardware. A full multi-element installation with projection mapping, environment design, and AR components takes 5 to 8 weeks. Permanent or retail installations built to run every day take 8 to 12 weeks. The timeline starts from brief confirmation. If an event date is immovable, share it when you send the brief and we will tell you what is feasible in the window available.
Yes, and it is one of the most effective combinations. A live installation brings people to the experience at the event. A companion social AR lens or WebAR experience lets them share a version of that moment on Snap, TikTok, or their camera roll after leaving. The in-person moment generates the initial engagement; the social layer lets it travel. RBKAVIN. Immersive Studio designs both sides of this: the live build and the social or WebAR layer that extends it online.
Every build is designed and tested so it does not need a technician standing next to it during the event. The experience runs without intervention, the hardware is chosen for reliability under continuous use, and handover documentation tells the event team what to check and how to restart if needed. Remote monitoring is available on permanent and retail installations. On-site support is available as an optional add-on for large-format or high-stakes events where it makes sense. The default goal is a build that runs itself.
