A live AR mirror activation for the House of the Dragon season campaign. Real-time face and body tracking brought the world of Westeros into the physical event space. Audience members stepped in front of the mirror and saw themselves inside the show.

The installation ran for the duration of the event without on-site technical intervention. The build was tested in conditions matching the event environment before shipping. Zero failures on the day.
